{ St. Patrick’s Church & Mcmenamin’s Edgefield  |  Portland, OR }

Fittingly, Ashley and Patrick decided to say ‘I do’ at  St. Patrick’s church in Portland!  These two have been long distance for some time, and it was a joyous celebration to see them come together on this toasty July day! Men in uniform, 4-leaf clover boutonnieres, gorgeous bouquets from Forest and Field, sword bearers, and all of the quirks that come with Mcmenamin’s venues kept us excited about all of the little details. After a traditional Catholic ceremony and an exit through a sword tunnel, Ashley and Pat invited their guests to join them at  Edgefield’s Blackberry Hall for dinner, dancing, and cake cutting via sword…. and bottle opening via sword (these guys really had fun with the sword.) 😉

Having gone to high school with Ashley, it was great to see some old friends, and get a sneak peek into Ashley and Pat’s sweet relationship! What a privilege to serve them on their special day.
